I took your dbstatements.txt and created the tables in my testing DB.
Very cool. 

Anyways, I'm almost ready to start coding.  But I'm in desperate need of a
development dataset for the DB. The DB schema is useful, but there are a
number of questions that would be answered if I had some sample data in
the tables to look at.  I also need to know the values you intend for
"coded fields".  Things like "Users->RoleID" and "MailLog->StatusID".

Also, are we intending that the password fields be stored crypt() in the
DB?  In regards to type "bit", I assume, 0 is disabled, and 1 is enabled?
I'm sure there are other things that would be useful for me to know that I
haven't thought of yet, anything you can think of would be appreciated.

Also with regards to the DB, I'm sure you already have a concise idea of
how data should be updated in the tables (what order the records in each
table need to be updated, what fields are required, etc).  I'm sure I
could figure it out given enough time, but I'd rather code.  If you could
write me a psudo-code example for each process (add a FAQ, ask a question,
answer a question, etc) that would be killer.  Be kind to me, I've never
programmed for a DB before- assume I'm an ignorant dope.

I hope to have a flow chart of the forms/CGI's for adding content to the
DB available in a few days (not sure how Christmas is going to effect
things yet).  I'll convert it to some kind of web friendly format and make
it available when it's done.
