A few more mod's.

You'll notice a few changes I made from index.html that I think are useful
across all pages.

1)  Upper left- make red whatever section is active.  Also turned off
	link, since clicking on it would go nowhere.

2)  Logo's with the short "powered by" statements

3)  Centered left column.

4)  Contributions is spelled now correctly.

5)  Source code had a few syntax errors.  Search for 9"" and you'll find
	them.

Still need to find a good place for our logo image.
