We'll I got a new developer to join the team.  He's got finals next week,
so we probably won't hear from him until thu or fri, after finals.  I see
him as a good fit for a content manager/writer.  Doesn't have a whole lot
of HTML, perl, PHP, etc, but it sounds like we're pretty set there
anyways.

Let's get some functional article submission forms and put him to work!

Also, the vodka server alias is protected by IP's only (no password).  If
you saw the list of IP's and networks allowed you'd realize that it isn't
all that secure.  Hence I'll be changing this to a password authentication
just like dev, devel, etc.
