Thanks for the CD Joe.  What are the legal restrictions on the CD
contents?  Ie, is this a single user licence, single location, etc.  Can
the contents be re-distributed in electronicaly (Internet web or ftp
server), print (book), or media (CD, floppy, zip disks)?
