OK... the non-dynamic version of index.html is up there... lets get all
the comments/suggestions/praise/criticism outa the way so I can finish
this up.  There some left to do, but you can get the idea...

Keep in mind that the non-dynamic version has some lines and miages that I
think make it look a little better, that would be implimented in both
versions if we wanted etc, but there close enuf in devel to compare.

Responses asap would be appreciated as I want to start coding the scripts
soon now...
