Hm.  I think there may still be confusion as to the method these static pages will
be working.  My initial pages will be up soon, and that'll describe it better than
I can hope to probably.  This isn't anything that will bring development to a halt,
it's not too difficult to change, and either way we can re-use much of the code, so
lets continue to banter it around as questions arise, and finalize discussions once
people have first run versions of there sections online.
