We'll Chris called me again (about the 3rd or 4th time now) about when he
can expect us to go live. I'm stalling of course, but I'm getting a bit
uncomfortable. Not because he's expecting too much, but rather that we're
not moving as fast as we should.

If I can paraphrase Roger, "Don't worry about the first version, just get
something up and then improve on it later."

Considering the number of LKB type sites coming up recently, this seems
like an important philosophy.

Let's get something USEABLE up and then worry about cookies and all those
neat, but time consuming things later. So what if we force someone to log
in each time they want to add an entry, who cares?

IMHO, we need something up no later than March 18th- one month from today.
