Sounds good.  I'm 90% sure I can make it.  Did you get a confirmation

Agreed.  Dr. Tux is cool, but we also need to be *somewhat* unique. 
What would the name of the site be if we used the penguin and the tree?

I'll also subscribe to the PHP mailing list, but probably not now - I'll
be out most of January.

Yes, I'm still having the problems.  I think it's probably on my side. 
There's no delay when I run cvs so linuxkb, so it doesn't appear to be
going to the network at all.

Well, his project is apparently managed by one guy (him).  We're 8. 
Still think we have competition?

He can do whatever he wants.  The most annoying part is that he took the
name Linux Knowledge Base.
