IMHO the "individuals of cheek.com are welcome to join if Jason is willing
to manage more people.  The company cheek.com is not welcome to join the
development team.  If they are willing to sponsor the site ala VA/NaviSite
and we feel that:

1) We could use what they offer
2) We feel comfortable with them as an entity

Then that's OK too.
