Short notes:
(Disclaimer: these notes may not be an accurate or complete reflection of
the actual events- you have been warned.)

1) Decision to create a "core developer group" was made. Members: Jason,
Aaron, Daniel. Goal is to meet regularly (once a week or more as needed)
to direct and manage the development of the site. Others are welcome to
come and voice ideas. Next meeting: Monday, Dec. 21, 1998 @ 9pm EST.

2) Development tree decided to somewhat model SAP enviroment. Three tiers
of CVS: Development, Testing, Production. Files will require manual
intervention by a member of the core group (CG) to move between each tier.

3) Daniel is going to head the setup/config of CVS and clean up HTML code.

4) Jason is going to give Daniel the permissions to do the CVS thing and
work on Apache/PHP/mod_perl recompile as well as working on the MySQL
tables/account permissions. When time premits work on a "developer spec"
to allow people to setup their local box for development so they don't
need to use the linuxkb.org box. Also will setup MOT for simple job
tracking.

5) I've taken role of secretary (in case you haven't noticed yet). I will
be working on some existing Perl scripts I have from the RHLUFAQ. Jason
will be consulting with me for a common UI/necessary fields. I will also
be continuing my work getting the stuff needed for the VAR box to be
installed at NaviSite. I'm shooting for first week of Jan.

6) Roger will research coding standards for the group to start using.
Roger will also be available for standardizing Perl scripts on an as
needed basis.
