I'm getting rid of all the stupid IP address based security in the web
server.  Probably will do the same for ssh too.  There's so many IP's that
it's basically pointless.  When there was only 4 or 5 of us it made sense
but not anymore.

Anyways, IF and ONLY IF you want your public_html directory password
protected via MySQL you will need to add a file.

cd ~/public_html ; cp /home/aturner/public_html/.htaccess .

If you want another method, you'll probably need to talk to me.

As we (a long time ago) discussed, we will allow people to setup homepages
for their personal use (no comercial things please) within reason (no
setting up a porn or warez site).  Violators will be terminated. ;-)
