I've sent a few emails out... I'll also do some searching to see if I
can find someone else having the same problem of the system hanging
during a shutdown.

Until then we either I or Jason can call NaviSite and request them to
hit the reset button.  (Jason you should have the phone # and
access-code to identify yourself to the NOC.)

Are we on for today for IRC?
