Moving the Panel

1. Move the mouse pointer over the toolbar
2. Click and release the left mouse button and a menu will appear
3. Move the mouse pointer over the "This panel properties..." menu item
4. Click and release the left mouse button
5. Select the "Orientation" tab
6. Click on the position you want to keep the panel at in the "Position" box
7. Click the "OK" button
