gEDA-user: PCB Autorouter Status?

I am getting the "The rats nest is stale! Aborting autoroute..."
message.

I am using Suse 10.3, gnome and gtk hid

I have googled this issue and found it going back to at least early
2007?

Does the current autorouter work for anyone? If so which hid are you
using?

I really don't want to start hand routing the "584 rat lines remaining"
