gEDA-user: [pcb] bug in overlapping pad/pin stack ?

OK, I'll try that.  Just on the off chance that there was something 
strange in my Linux build environment, I tried it on my OS X system 
which has a slightly older (by couple of weeks) vintage CVS version of 
PCB.  Same result.
