gEDA-user: gschem: keyboard shortcuts for hierarchical navigation

The actions in the hierarchy menu are mapped to shift-h combos. This
is a bit of a pain when actually working on a project with lots of 
sub sheets. The key combination with plain h are mapped to the help
actions. I don't think that anyone will need them very frequently.

Suggestion: Access the hierarchy menu actions via plain h combos. Move 
the only conflicting accel-key "about" to some other combination, say h-a
