Yes, I think there was an update of guile some days ago initiated by
"emerge --update". This command (or at least subsequent "revdep-rebuild"
should rebuild all packages if necessary. But there was no rebuild of
gEDA or libgeda.

I will report this to Gentoo maintainers.
