Hi Ben,

I just tested this & RTFM. There's nothing wrong with the Makefiles: it's just 
that you need to configure with --enable-maintainer-mode if you want C files 
to be updated from yacc files.

This is one of the many reasons why I hate AM_MAINTAINER_MODE and encourage 
you to get rid of it as soon as humanly possible.
