Ack. This is one of the warts.
Seems to me, everything in gschem is at an free floating scale except for 
the names of the title blocks. How about a new set of title blocks, whose 
size is a notch up? While we are at it: Attach information on the current 
sheet as attributes to the title page and unlock these attributes by 
default. I find such attributes quite convenient.
