gEDA-user: [g] and [shift-g] ignore preference setting

The keyboard accels that increment the grid ignore the ignore the 
corresponding preference setting. Increments seem to be hard wired to 
5 mil, no matter what the preference says and no matter whether or not 
metric is active.
