10 mil minimum copper spacing, 10 mil minimum copper width.
Commonly abbreviated as 10/10 space/trace.

View/Grid Units mils (at least temporarily), then
File/Preferences/Sizes in the Design Rule Checking paragraph.

Sorry about the non-metric units.  Even with hard metric parts
and layouts on metric grids, it will be a long time before
people like me start thinking about line widths in mm.
