gEDA-user: Debian BTS?

Do bugs entered to the debian bug tracking system automagically enter the 
CVS BTS of geda and pcb? From a user point of view the Debian BTS is more 
convenient as it offers a standard work flow for all packages. How does 
it "feel" from the developers side?
