Yes.  And 30 degrees, 10, 87.34, etc.

As long as you don't expect the autorouter or optimizer to work, yeah,
everything else works correctly.  I think png output might be weird,
though.  I had to hack the gerber output to draw polygons instead of
stroked pads because it got the ends wrong.  PS does it right by
default; png doesn't.
