gEDA-user: wishful thinking from a user point of view (10)

Currently, there is no immediate feedback on the state of rubber band 
mode or outline/box. Please include this information into the status 
line. Alternatively, show the current state in the menu with a check 
mark, like the settings menu in pcb does.
