Actually for a while there gschem did exactly that, however, based on
user feedback (at the time) this functionality was unused and
subequently removed.

Right now the filled rectangle and filled circle are controlled via a
single color, but it wouldn't be too hard to add an additional rc
color so that people could control the color of the junctions.  That
is really the only fix as you will not get consensus on this junction
color.
