gEDA-user: Solder Mask Clearance

I did the ChangeClearSize to set the clear to 0.1 mm.  Note that 
SelectedPins and SelectedPads did not work, only Selected worked.

However, calling say "MinMaskGap(1,mm)" does nothing, no change.
