gEDA-user: PCB autoroute

it means there was a conflict updating the configure script.  Just do

rm configure
cvs update configure

Maybe we should reconsider having configure, and the various 
Makefile.in's (all generated by autoconf/automake) in cvs since they are 
generated files.  It would mean someone wanting to track cvs sources 
needs automake (a new enough one) and autoconf (a new enough one) installed.
