gEDA-user: Luxeon footprints

I think this can easily be done with the existing tools.  Use two pads
each for the + and - pads, and five additional pads for the heatsink.
Just overlap them and give them the same number; pcb will know what to
do with them.  Then add a non-footprint polygon and vias to finish the
heatsink.
