gEDA-user: (PCB) Rats won't finish

Thanks for making me double check John!
I just found out that I forgot to assign the layer-groups of the
solder-side and the component-side.
I feel kind of stupid... :$. (Though the layernames "solder" and
"component" kinda suggest that it's already done during the gsch2pcb
conversion).

That being solved, it still leaves the soldermask issue.
