gEDA-user: (PCB) Rats won't finish

Using a CVS checkout from 29-07-2007, I find it impossible to complete a rat.
The connection to a pad works, but a short rat line remains,
connecting to a pin works fine though...

I've attached the file in question, don't mind the mess in there ;-)
