Hi,

As John Griessen pointed out, the Makefile of host_lib wanted to run
gpmi-config. Actually the host_lib doesn't really need GPMI so I've
removed all references from there. New version can be downloaded from:

http://inno.bme.hu/~igor2/tmp/pcb-gpmi-1.0.1

This time following the process written in the Readme should really
produce usable binaries.
