> Check output amplitude - they'll be different in that case. Nope, all signals are 0-5v, no more than 0.1v off the power rails. I resoldered the vcc and gnd pins anyway, no change. I'm going to try Werner's third circuit this weekend, see if the esd draw is the problem.
