Hi y'all,
I have not gotten pcb lesstif to use my local library dirs yet.
I'm working around it, but would like this configuration to work so updating pcb
and perhaps moving my /opt/pcb install dir to a backup will have no effect on my
project libraries. Also I'm goign to start using SVN to track my libraries,
and don't want to track pcb code that way.
I tried creating ~/.Xdefaults with a line
Pcb.lib-newlib: /home/john/EEProjects/circuitboards/footprints_pcb
The footprints_pcb dir has dirs with elements in them named such as surf, thru,
etc...
I also have these lines in my /opt/pcb/share/pcb/Pcb
resources file:
Pcb.libraryPath:
.:/opt/pcb/share/pcb:/home/john/EEProjects/circuitboards/footprints_pcb
Pcb.libraryTree: /opt/pcb/share/pcb/newlib
Pcb.lineThickness: 1000
Pcb.media: letter
Pcb.menuFile: /opt/pcb/share/pcb/pcb-menu.res
Pcb.offLimitColor: gray80
Ideas?
thanks,
John G
