Super, thanks for the replies..

I'll look for "unity gain stable", and be sure to pin out any spare
devices intelligently on the board.

Now to figure out the split rail PSU... 9V battery is not quite enough,
2x 9V is too big (size). Oh well.. Lab PSU will do for now, perhaps I'll
find some board mounting holders for those little 12V Keyfob batteries.

I could use a little charge pump I guess to give me a -ve rail, however
I expect that is generally a bad idea in terms of noise.
