This discussion reminded me of my challenge board still in the envelope. 
I had not opened it since it came when I was moving into a new house. I 
put it together tonight with no major difficulties. I used no 
magnification to assemble to board, but did inspect it with 
magnification afterward. The 01005s went on in about 30 seconds each and 
look fairly good under 20x magnification. Thanks for a fun board to play 
with. I am actually confident that I could hand solder the 01005s should 
I ever need to, but I will be sticking with 0402 and maybe 0201 for 
everyday boards.
