Hi,

I _had_ a symbol for a XC3S1500-FG456, but unfortunately that was made for one 
of my previous employers, and I therefore no longer have access to it. *sigh*

However, if you're planning on making symbols, the pinouts are available in 
plain text form:

http://www.xilinx.com/bvdocs/publications/s3_pin.zip

That should save lots of typing, if you can write an awk script to convert 
them into tragesym input!
