autogen.sh should have taken care of that for you. If not, then let me

I don't know how nailed down the interface is, but gerbv was just split
apart into libgerbv which contains things like the rs274-x and drill
file parsers and then the actual application. Don't know if that would
be useful to you in your work. You might ask on the gerbv developers
list. It is a low traffic list and at least one of the key gerbv
developers I think doesn't read this one.

I think at one time there was some interest in making the output of
gerbv be a more common subset of rs274-x so this would be good to
feedback to the gerbv developers list too.
