Excerpt from make.log:

The above indicates to me that there are some old configuration files
left from your last failed attempt. They are interfering with the build.
Try removing all sub-directories under /cygdrive/d/geda (like
geda-symbols-1.4.0, libgeda-1.4.0, etc) and try again from the top.
