gEDA-dev: GSoC Project Manager

I have submitted my GSoC application and will be taking next week off from
work and school (Spring Break) to start coding on this project.  Hopefully
some good progress will be made, especially with regards to what direction
we will be headed with it.  I assume we will be doing most of our
communications via the developers mailing list as outlined on the wiki.
Peter Clifton, do you have Skype?  I think this would be the best way of
contacting and talking with me about things.  My screen name is pillar2012.
If not, you should get it ;).  Later in the weekend, maybe we can touch base
and look at our options before I start running with the wolves.
