MG Chemicals Liquid Tin.  It's a nasty chemical that you just drop the
PCB in for a few minutes, then rinse.  I do most of my boards to keep
the copper from corroding.  It's in the black container just above the
center front leg of the table; the container is pyrex but I painted it
black to keep the light out.
