gEDA-dev: New font for PCB

Hello all,

Today I created a new font for PCB. This font is based upon a set vector
fonts originally digitized by Dr. A. V. Hershey of the Naval Weapons
Laboratory. I wrote a python program to transform one of the public domain
Hershey fonts into the PCB format and I'm quite satisfied with the results.
Not to sound too self-satisfied :)

I've attached a screenshot of the font in PCB, a demo board, and the font
itself. Hopefully someone will find these useful.

Cheers,
David Carr
