Yes. To reproduce:
* zoom way in (a net needs to be wider than 5 pixels)
* draw a net and move around:
   --> small rubbernet points close to the grid
* use CTRL key (non orthogonal net mode) and move around
   --> more artefacts

Can you create the 1.4.1 branch. I could fix the drawing code as soon as 
it is there.

Mmmh, I think it's not that important to fix this cosmetic bug. Most 
users will never notice it.
