gEDA-dev: xgsch2pcb: initial german translation patch

Hi Peter B and Peter C,

I've created a patch of the german translation with 
  git-format-patch origin

but I wasn't able to sent it to the list with 
  git-send-email --to=geda-dev at moria.seul.org  
0001-initial-german-translation-de_DE.po.patch

The moria.seul.org mail server rejected the mail as I haven't send it 
over my usual mail provider (gmx.de)

I hope the attached patch is usable in the mbox format.
If not, I'll recreate it.
