gEDA-dev: edif2kicad and eagle -> kicad converters

there is a patch which has been sitting on sf for ages that implements 
an edif importer for pcb.  It uses the same yacc parser for edif.  I 
started looking at it and then wasn't sure what to do with licensing. 
The edif.y file has a license which says something to the effect of do 
what you want, but I was not sure if it was sufficiently compatible with 
the gpl to include it in pcb or not.  Thats where I got stalled out.  I 
think I meant to try and track down the author and just ask him/her but 
I can't recall if I ever managed to find an email address or not.
