gEDA-dev: edif2kicad and eagle -> kicad converters

Hi,

I stumbled across these:

This looks to have a nice yacc based edif parser in it, and is perhaps
something we could use too?

format of the KiCAD PCB suite. The current version is 0.9b. This Scripts
