gEDA-dev: problems building latest gaf

Yesterday and today I built RPMs for both 1.2.1 and 1.3.0 releases of gaf. I 
encountered no special problems, some new files had to be taken into account. 
The only real problem was with new mimetypes in 1.3.0. Gattrib and gschem try 
to update mimetype database at the end of "make install" (for RPMs this has 
to be done after final install in target system) and 
adding "--disable-update-mime-database" to configure options does not work 
for me.
The above option works fine for libgeda however.
This is not big problem since only one file is generated and can be removed 
before packaging.
