I think it would be nice to have all the manufacturing rules out of
components. For example we now have to embed clearence to polygons value in
the footprints; in each pin/pad. That would be nice to have that value as an
optional value, and have a default value in the PCB file.

That would be nice too. End not embedding padstacks. So the layout would be a
data tree.
