gEDA-dev: compile of pcb, cvs head fails

Seems like newer bison is being more picky about things. I found this:

But not having the right verion of bison to reproduce the bug, am not
able to bash my way through to a fix for the .y file. I don't really
know bison, so wouldn't be fixing things with any understanding of why
they were broke anyway.
If you want to get going, try copying the generated edif.c and edif.h
from a different computer. I have attached mine, built with bison 2.3.
