	Yes, 1.4.0.  

Other questions asked from other e-mails:

	No, it was a mingw with msys setup on real w32 box.

	Hacks involved commenting things out that were simply not 
	available on mingw, going through and greatly simplifying the
	all the *rc parsing (mainly in the various *.scm files), and 
	a few other things I can't remember at this point in time.
	
	No idea.  I haven't got a clue if the problem is a gtk/gdk
	problem on windows or something stupid that gschem is doing.
	I didn't investigate the problem.
