gEDA-dev: [Fwd: Re: New gEDA packages]

Some new packages from the Debian maintainer of gEDA... he's fixed
things I never thought of (like soname version bumping the binary
package name for libgeda, and various other packaging updates based on
config files clashing if you had multiple versions of libgeda
installed).

My other source packages should still be good until Hamish updates the
remainder.
